I’m Interested …Now What?

1. If interested in the house give us a call at 805-703-0162 or email.

2. We’ll arrange for a house showing that is convenient with your schedule.

3.  We’ve lived in the house for 6 years and we have the comprehensive knowledge necessary to answer any of your questions or concerns during the showing.

4. If you’re interested in making an offer on the house, we have all of the necessary California Real Estate Documents required to make an offer. We can email, fax, or hand deliver them to you.  We can quickly negotiate the price and details of the transaction!

5.  When both the buyers and sellers are happy with the contract …then escrow can be opened!

6. You’re on your way to owning your NEW home!

Fidelity National Title Company https://www.fntic.com/ can do an excellent job with the escrow process.  If you’d like to learn more about the escrow process, you can find a wealth of information from Fidelity National Title Company at https://www.fntic.com/whatpartydoes.asp

We drove by the house the other day and picked up a copy of your flyer. We are interested in your house, it has many features that are important to us.

Since we have just begun looking for a house we are not really ready to commit to an official offer – we just don’t have a good idea of what is available yet. One thing that is important to us at this time is your idea of a reasonable selling price. We see that you have recently reduced the price $10,000.00 to $309,000.00. In addition, we read (I think) that you might be willing to go lower if we didn’t use a real estate agent. If I am right, could you give us an informal acceptable price (i.e., no commitment) so that we have a little more information to work with while considering what we want to do.

If you have already gotten an acceptable offer – GREAT! Just let us know.

    Thanks

    Archie Waterbury
